This website takes every precaution to protect our user information. When users submit sensitive

In the offline situation user information is restricted to computers in our offices only. Within the offices, only employees who need access to customer information to perform their job duties are granted access to personal identifying information. Our employees must lock their workstations when they leave their desk. Finally, the servers that we store personal identifying information on are kept in a secure data center environment.
Information Collection and Use
ASDAH is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. ASDAH will not release any personal identifying information unless you specifically authorize us to do so or unless required by the appropriate law enforcement officials.
In order to use our services, a user must first complete the sign-up form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. Demographic information collected is used for our internal market analysis purposes.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user''s computer containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personal identifiying information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. The only drawback to this is that the user may be limited in some areas of our site.
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user''s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personal identifying information.
Sharing Demographic Information
In the event that we share aggregated demographic information there will be no link to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
We use PayPal to process online membership fees. This company does not retain, share, store or use personal identifying information for any secondary purposes.
We send all new Members a welcoming email. Established Members will occasionally receive organizational information and a newsletter via email or letter mail as part of ongoing member services. In addition we will send user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from these member communications, which contain important information regarding member services. We also may communicate with website users to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user''s personal identifying information changes (such as address, phone, etc.), it may be updated anytime on the Member Account Information page.
